What is BioBonds

BioBonds is a groundbreaking initiative dedicated to environmental restoration and land conservation. In partnership with The 11 11 Foundation, we transform degraded farmland into thriving native forests, restoring ecosystems and combating climate change.

Each BioBond purchase funds the planting and maintenance of native trees, which absorb carbon dioxide, rebuild habitats and enhance biodiversity. As a charitable initiative, contributions may also be eligible for tax benefits, adding an incentive to support a greener future.

Join BioBonds and create a lasting impact on New Zealand’s environment.

How BioBonds are valued

The value of a BioBond comprises several components. It includes buying the land, the cost of planting and maintaining the trees, and the operational expenses associated with the establishment of the forest and its other amenities.
